Rules for usage of the Rubber Arena:    

a)  All sessions are for one hour only, including tidy up time.

b)  Each riding member of HVPC or RDA can book the rubber arena for up to two one-hour sessions per week, free of charge.

c)  You may not book the rubber arena more than 7 days in advance. You can book as late as just a few minutes before the start of the hour.

d)  If a member finds the Rubber Arena not in use, they may use the arena in addition to any pre-booked sessions, but they must be ready to vacate the arena if someone arrives who has a booking.

e)  There may only be a maximum of four horses being ridden in the rubber arena at any one time, unless it is an organised and coached lesson or rally.

f)  No jumping is permitted in the rubber arena.

g) Lunging is permitted in the rubber arena, provided that there are no other arena users present.

h)  Any equipment used (eg poles) must be put back as found, prior to leaving.

i)  Manure must be removed from the rubber arena prior to leaving, using the tools provided.
