Our Programmes
Riding for Development
Monday sessions cater for a range of riders, focusing on independent riding skills for each individual. By engagement and success in riding activities, games and challenges, riders expand their social and physical abilities, their confidence, self esteem and gain a more positive view of themselves.
Riding for Therapy
Tuesday sessions provide opportunities for children who have significant disabilities to benefit from riding therapy. Our team are skilled at adapting to each rider’s individual needs. Our Physiotherapist is involved with each rider’s programme at every stage.
Riding for Sport & Recreation
The special bond between rider and horse gives rise to emotional healing and well-being. Thursday sessions are especially beneficial for children who have gone through emotional trauma, stressful circumstances, or social difficulties. RDA is not only for people with a diagnosed disability, it can help anyone whose well-being would benefit from horse riding, where there are barriers to them participating in mainstream horse riding opportunities.
